Bob Gerace
CEO & Founder
Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, a former SaaS executive, and the founder of Warrior Husband, a worldwide movement dedicated to strengthening marriages and helping men live as faith-led leaders in their homes. His life story is shaped by decades of business leadership, personal adversity, and a deep commitment to guiding husbands toward love, trust, and responsibility. From navigating the challenges of the 2008 financial crisis to overcoming a cancer diagnosis, his experiences have fueled his mission to inspire men to lead with conviction and humility.
From Syracuse Streets to the Classroom
Born Robert F. Gerace, Sr., he grew up in Syracuse, New York. After high school, he began his academic path at Hillsborough Community College, later transferring to St. Petersburg Junior College and Tampa College. By the late 1980s, he had earned a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida, combining his interest in leadership with technical expertise.
Turning a Vision into a Business Reality
In 1998, he founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, to deliver secure, dependable IT solutions to clients in the medical and financial industries. His commitment to system security and high uptime led to the development of proprietary infrastructure within a 32,000-square-foot facility.
The company expanded into cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, growing to employ more than 60 professionals in the United States and 50 internationally. At its peak, the business supported hundreds of thousands of field workers for global retail clients and achieved multi-million-dollar success by 2002. After more than two decades of leadership, he completed a strategic exit from the company.
When the Storm Hit
The year 2008 brought two life-changing challenges. The global financial crisis created severe stress on his business, and during that same time, he was diagnosed with cancer. The weight of these trials impacted his finances, health, and emotional resilience.
With the steadfast support of his wife, Debbie, and a small circle of close friends, he turned to prayer and scripture for strength. This season became a time of spiritual renewal, reshaping his outlook on life, leadership, and purpose.
Stepping into a New Calling
In 2015, he founded Warrior Husband after recognizing a common struggle among men who were excelling in their careers but falling short in their marriages. Many faced challenges with emotional leadership, spiritual identity, and family connection.
Built on a foundation of biblical teaching, mentorship, and real-life accountability, Warrior Husband provides practical resources such as the Warrior Sanctification Method, the Six Sanctifying Skills, and the King’s Roadmap to Reconnection. These tools help men restore trust, build emotional maturity, and reclaim their leadership role in the home.
Since its creation, the movement has reached more than 10,000 men in over 10 countries. Stories shared in Bob Gerace Reviews reflect the positive change men have experienced, moving from relational disconnection to a more profound connection with their families.
How the Process Works
Warrior Husband begins with Jumpstart, a short-term intensive designed to provide clarity and stability in times of crisis. Men can then advance to the Inner Circle, a six-month immersive coaching experience that includes group sessions, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing Brotherhood support.
Daily practices focus on scripture study, personal reflection, and accountability check-ins. Coaching addresses areas such as confession, reconciliation, communication, intimacy, and fatherhood. His style is honest, direct, and rooted in biblical truth, challenging men to grow while providing the guidance they need to succeed at home.
Building the Next Chapter
Looking toward the future, he is preparing to launch the Warrior King Network. This platform will equip graduates to mentor others, create coaching hubs, and strengthen churches through family leadership. He is also developing more digital content and live events to serve men worldwide.
A significant personal milestone is on the horizon: in 2026, he and Debbie will celebrate 40 years of marriage. This milestone stands as living proof of the message he teaches—marriage can endure and thrive through faith and dedication.
Leading with Faith and Service
His leadership approach centers on humility, service, and spiritual authority. He calls men to lead through prayer, confession, vision-setting, accountability, and example. Rejecting cultural distortions of masculinity, he presents Jesus as the ultimate model of strong, humble leadership.
This philosophy places God, family, and marriage first, supported by emotional maturity, biblical conviction, effective communication, consistent prayer, and accountability within a supportive community.
Anchored by Family
Married to Debbie since 1986, Bob Gerace has built a life grounded in shared faith and service. Together, they have supported St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital for more than 40 years through giving and prayer.
Family is central to his life, with time spent enjoying children, grandchildren, and meaningful moments together. Aviation is a shared interest—he flies to gain perspective and clarity, while Debbie provides steady support behind the scenes.
